I am using Macbook pro locally to install libraries and then zipped it. I am using python3.9 runtime. Based on someone's comment here (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cz8QjmgfGHc) I installed package this way: python3.9 -m pip install packagename -t . Nothing works
